St. Mary's Church in Minera , there is a notice on the Church door informing all that a survey is to be made of the MI stones. Any that are in danger of falling may be placed flat down.
Lee Wettons site has photos of headstones.

My first post to you.
I am looking for any descendants of William Roberts and Harriet Jones who were married at Minera in about 1872 although I suspect that they were Chapelgoers.
They moved to Eclusham and then to Coedpoeth. They had 10 children altogether who lived and appear on censuses. For the baptism of Beatrice, the last child, in about 1895 they are living in High Street CoedPoeth.Salem Chapel records
Roland, their 9th child, was a policeman around WW2 and then he and his wife Annie kept a fish and chip shop until into 1960's . Their children were Gwen b 1919, Eldred and Heulwen.I am in contact with their family but wondered about any others. My grandmother was Mary Jane [Polly] b 1875. She moved to Manchester when she married.
Hope someone can help.Thank you
Sue
