"Cecil Tom Clark P.G.S.D., R.A.M.G.R was born in Birmingham on the 26th of November 1903.This private man, through his dedication and personality, is an inspiring figure for many Masons in the Wrexham Ellesmere and Whitchurch areas. From his youth working a team of horses on the family 100 acre farm near Bridgnorth, he then moved to Wrexham in his twenties and started up business as an agricultural haulage contractor. In the 1930's he set up a large garage premises at Kings Mills, Wrexham. He built it up into the respected C .T. Clark motor company which became the second largest Leyland / BMC agent in the North West, the largest in North Wales and a major employer."
I don't know Wrexham very well but from the above biography C T Clark's garage was apparently at Kings Mills, Wrexham. I hope this means something to you, ago. Nellie

C T Clarks was on the LH side of Kings Mills Road, just as you start to go down the hill. It was just after the barracks. It would have been by here, just after the last of the older houses. goo.gl/maps/b99md

As a former employee of the said Mr Clark I can confirm that the site was almost directly opposite the Wrexham Barracks and indeed we did have some storage buildings at the Barracks. I remember the New 1100 being stored there until the official release date by B.M.C. Mr Clarke lived in the detached house immediately after the council houses, known as whitegate, now demolished and indeed a small estate has been built on the site. Hen Locsin

Correction, Just checked with Google and the original residence of Mr C.T Clark is still in existence and the small estate has been built on the filling station, forecourt, showroom and stores & car park. Apologies for wrong info, and I pass there every week and was convinced that the house had been demolished. Hen Locsin
