Not found in Minera, sorry.
I did see two illegitimate births, child not named, unsure if they weren't named in the actual register or if the names were illegible:
1799 Mar 10 b.29 Jan Blunt (Roberts) base d Edward Roberts and Mary Blunt, Minera (both)
1805 Apr 11 b.27 Mar Blunt (Jones) base child Ellis Jones and Sarah Blunt, both of Minera

Annie
I've noticed that there was a Hannah Blunt baptized in Ruabon 1795 d/o Thomas & Sarah, abode CK (Christionydd Kenrick) Unfortunately my transcripts only go to 1802 but perhaps it might be worth asking for a lookup in Ruabon?

James Kelly and Frances (Fanny) Blunt were my gt gt gt grandparents. Both were born about 1800 She seems to have been born Minera c.1803 according to 1851/61 census. This one could fit but no first name and we don't know if its a boy or girl? 1805 Apr 11 b.27 Mar Blunt (Jones) base child Ellis Jones and Sarah Blunt, both of Minera

H I noticed this one on the IGI and others to the same parents. No Frances/Fanny but still worth looking at the registers just incase.

Dear Eluned, I have recently joined this site and am reserching Edward Kelly 1813 who was my Great great great great grandad, some of the people i have contacted think they came over from Ireland, are you able to help. ALi Hi everyone, This Edward b. abt 1818 married Elizabeth Rogers in 1848 and was recorded as widow. Has anyone come across his previous marriage please? There isn't one registered between 1837- 48 in Wrexham that matches. Or could someone possibly do a look up. He seems to have been born in Adwy/Nant, Bersham but one of the census does say Gresford The baptism isn't in St Giles. Many thanks, Eluned

I have a copy of a marriage certificate, Wrexham Parish Church, 4th May 1839, Edward Kelly, full age, collier, minera, son of John Kelly, to Elizabeth Belton, full age, daughter of John Belton. I couldn't say if it is the same Edward Kelly.

Full circle indeed - this came from a completely different family researcher who had bought the certificate; there must be many people chasing after this Mr Kelly!

Many thanks, Eluned Although I haven't found a connection as yet ;D to the Edward above, I did look up his first marriage for anyone researching that line. I assume that this must be the one unless he married out of the area of course St Giles 20 July 1834Edward Kelly X otp to Hannah Davies X otp by banns Wit William Jones X and Mary Price X I also found a Hannah Kelly's death registered Wrexham Dec 1/4 1847, a year before Edward remarries. Did they have any children I wonder because if Hannah died in 1847, the couple were married for 13years

Hi Jojo and everyone, His DOB is inconsistent and from the earlier census returns, he seems to have been born between 1814-1818, so perhaps he was slightly more than 16, even 20 ;D The later census and DOD, probably given by other family members, have him born about 1804/05
