Hi everyone, I am new to researching my family tree and in the short time I've been doing it I have found that my 3rd Great Grandfather John Lee moved to 14 Victoria Terrace somewhere between the 1881 and 1891 census.
He was a Plate Layer and was married to Mary. They had 4 children and 1 grandchild living at home which are listed below.
John Lee - Coal Miner George Lee - Coal Miner Albert Lee - School Charles Lee (Grandson) - School
If anybody can offer me any advise on how to find out more then I would be extremely grateful.
Thanks

Hi, In plot 2503 in Coedpoeth Cemetery there is a John Lee aged 71 yrs buried 28 2 1946 whose dob matches up with the one Eluned has put in the 1881 & 1891 Census on previous posting. Also in the same plot are the following three people who may have a connection. WILLIAMS Isaac aged 78yrs bur. 30 10 1937 WILLIAMS Elizabeth aged 69 yrs bur. 23 7 1938 QUAY Mary Ann aged 71 yrs bur. 30 3 1933 I have doubts about the name "QUAY" which is in the Burial Register but maybe it should have been LEE. Good Luck Tom

Thank you so much for your reply. I do have most of that but some place names I interpreted incorrectly, so that's a great help. I'm not sure if my family stayed in the area, my research is still in the early stages. I do believe that one part of the Lee's moved down to Nelson and that is where my Grandad was born (Terence Eynon Lee).
I thank you again and will post if I find out anything else.
