I have had enormous help with transcribing these, and another lady is kindly doing the `creative` side of it and the printing. What we need now is for someone to help with the Binding. If there`s any one fairly local, I am close to Wrexham A Ringbinder would be ideal, there will probably be about 12 booklets. These when finished will go to Wrexham Museum, probably Coedpoeth Library and I think it would be nice to give a set to Penygelli School. Any offers, All people who have helped will be named in the books. Your claim to fame ;D ;D

You have to have a Ring Binding machine to do the job, I think they are quite costly to buy, but I`m hoping someone in an office type job might have access to one, or perhaps a Society that produces their own journals might help. The pages will be A4. . It`s seems a bit of an expense for me to get one just for these few booklets. As for your claim to fame, your name is already in the `credits` as one of my helpers. ;D ;D ;D

Have you tried the Telecottage that runs from the new Resource Centre in Coedpoeth? They should be able to help with access to a ring binder. Not sure whether you are also looking for funding for the paper etc. ? Have you considered making it available on disk rather than hard copy? Would be easier and cheaper and most of the places where you are thinking of lodging a copy are likely to have facilities to view it on disk. Ann

That`s a good idea, Ann. The paper is not a problem , the lady doing the printing runs a business , so it will be at very little cost to her. We had thought about a CD anyway, but as Wrexham Museum has limited access to a PC, and it`s usually booked up with people using Ancestry for free, thats why we thought about a booklet format. The Books are not going to be for sale, they are only for reference. Where is the Resource Centre. Thanks for the suggestions.

The Coedpoeth Enterprise and Lifelong Learning Centre (sorry I gave it the wrong name) is called Plas Pentwyn and is in Castle Road on the sight of the second Penygelli Junior School. Go to www.plas-pentwyn.co.uk for details. There may be a small charge for using the equipment but worth asking. Ann

Another thought. Have you asked the Librarian at Coedpoeth Library whether they may be able to get the job done for you in return for their free copy? They probably have access to the necessary equipment. Ann
