I think the stamp has Edward VII 1902 - 1910 on it and that its a 1/2d Yellow Green, which was issued on 26th November 1904. So between 1904-1910

Hi, Just to confirm this is Adwyr Clawdd CM Chapel--Here is a quote from one of the late Clifford Davies booklets. "A Cavlanistic Methodist chapel was built on this site which is opposite the Three Mile Inn in 1748. It was the earliest Noncomformist chapel in the area after the Welsh speaking "Society" left the Church of England.--It was demolished about 1982 and H Roberts (Builders) erected new offices for themselves and called it Park Place." Another quote from same booklet re Adwy'r Clawdd School Room is " The building which was behind the chapel was erected as a school-room for Adwy'r Clawdd Chapel in 1903. It was demolished in May 2000," end of quote. It was used as a canteen to provide school dinners abt 1944--1947 and I remember walking down there in all weathers when I was in Penygelli School and having some weird and wonderful meals but there was a war on ;D -Tom
