???Please can anyone help me? I visited the Archives in Ruthin a few weeks ago,and was told the Burial records for Llandegla were still held by the Church,we made a detour to Llandegla took a tel/no from the notice board, but I either misread the no or ?. I had no joy!. Does anyone know who I can contact?
I am trying to find the family connection with a Elizabeth Readetts nee Williams,Born 1872 according to 1911 census in Llansannen Denbs. Lizzie Llym as she was know along with her husband Herbert worked in Hall in Llym as Cook & Gardener.
Elizabeth and Herbert were married in 1909 at Rhos Chapel,Top Rhos,Tryddyn, her address at time Mount View,Rhyd talog, Tryddyn. On the marriage certificate her father is stated as William Williams (deceased) a witness was a Robert Williams, possibly her Brother?
They always spent their holidays in Coedpoeth with the family at Pentwyn Farm and later at Brythonfa. Elizabeth always went to Llandegla where we understand she paid a Gentleman who lived opposite the the Church,to look after Graves, but WHO'S As to date been unable to find a Birth cert for Elizabeth is it her Parents buried there, maybe then I can find her Mothers name?

Held at Ruthin PARISH RECORDS Description: Llansannan parish registers. Date: 1727 1967 Reference No: DRO PD/76/1/1-8 Have you thought about looking for a baptism in Llansannan. You could make list of `possibles`. I would check again with Ruthin, it seems strange that they don`t have the burial register on microfilm for later than 1881
