Whilst looking in to Nellie Willmott, a family connection came up who lives in Lancashire.
The answer to contacting the grand Lady in question appears to be via The mission. Does anyone have a contact number for this place ?
A funeral service was held here a short time a go for my Father's Cousin "Little" Brian Jones of coedpoeth.
The "minister" mentioned the lady in Question as being still alive aged 95yrs (We all having assumed she had pasted away). So he know's her or knows the person who told him she was still living.
I very much need to trace this relation, and any help would be a great help.

No worries annedw, I've cracked it. I went and looked for the place, it's among the house's and not truly on Hoel Offa. One of those place's I didn't know was there. Spoken to the Paster, and my relative is to old and frail to talk to A great shame, but cant be helped. Garry

Very sad to hear of Little Brians Passing. I remember him when I used to go to the mission as a child. {and thats a long time ago} The Mission is on the walkway from Heol Glyndwr and comes out near the Old Peoples bungalows near the Adwy Police Station.

The service for him was well attended. A few of the Family went to the mission when younger many moon's ago. Last year I was looking for family graves in coedporth. Got talking to someone and Brian came up. The person in question knowing as I did how ill Brian was, assumed I was looking for his Father's grave ready to bury Brian when he passed. I explained again what I was doing and it was not for that purpose. Goes to show you need to be carefull when looking up graves

You mention that you had relatives in Lancashire.
I have memories of 2 ladies visiting Brian, and also visiting the mission They came from Lancashire. Doris and May, do these names ring a bell to you?

Thats the very two Ladies. Both sister's. They use to visit Brian's dad Joseph and other Family members. Which of Joe's brother's or sisters they belonged to I dont know.
One sister has passed away and it's the other is now to old and ill, I've been told have visitors. This information was given to me by Brians Paster. To be honest many in the family thought both sister's had passed away as they hadn't beed seen in Coedpoeth visiting for many a year.
With Brian being ill for many years, he was not in a position to give me any help, which is a shame. It's the same old story for many. If I'd done the Jones Family history many years ago, Brian would have helped out as best he could gladly. But a case of getting round to it to late.
