Does anyone know what has happened to COLCON ? He was a regular contributor to my "Davies from Minera" thread and was indeed brilliant and super helpful. I have not heard from him since 14th November.

Hi Gogs, If you click on a name when highlighted in green, ie at the foot of the forum home page if they have been an "Active Users In The Past 24 Hours" or next to a post by that person. Then you can go to that profile and see when they were last on the site. Colcon was on here "Today at 4:03pm". Perhaps you could send him a personal message.

Hello Gordon again since some time ago
Many thanks for your concern and the very kind appreciation expressed in your Dec 16 post.
Various personal matters and other significant events have all conspired to allow me very little time recently concerning the 'Davies of Minera' thread.
I do however have much more information to let you have in due course but the details need a lot of sorting out and reduced in volume for the Message Board.
Here I will briefly mention that Ellin/Ellen Harnaman/Davies' father Joseph Harnaman's mother was not the Isle of Man-born Mary/Mary Anne Harnaman as previously mentioned. She was in fact Joseph's step-mother, Joseph's mother Maria/Mariah/Marriah (Jacob/Harnaman) having died in 1835. More details to follow on the main thread.
Some births and baptisms details for 4 of the 'Llanfwrog Harnamans' are now given in the thread 'Ruthin-Mill Wesleyan Chapel'.
As you will see Joseph Harnaman was born on 9 August 1823 and baptised 24 Aug.
I have no intention of duplicating details on 2 threads . Therefore further details will only be included on the 'Davies' thread.
PS There seems to be a gremlin in the works. I posted this reply and another one earlier today, neither of which appear to have reached their destinations.
