The sons of Sarah and Charles Dodd were all well educated. There are interesting references to Charles Harold d. 1973 and Arthur Herbert d. 1975 on the WCBC Famous People Site. In Wikipedia there is a short biography of Percy Dodd who died 1931. Just Edward remains to be found. Regards - Margaret.

Found another snippet - this time for Edward.
When Percy William Dodd died in 1931 his address was in Bangor. The administrators of his will were his widowed mother, Sarah and Edward Ernest Dodd, his schoolmaster brother. Edward Dodd was desribed as a Classics Master in 1911 and was boarding at Beaumaris. I am purely guessing that this could have been at Friar's School, Bangor.
Regards - Margaret.

Thanks for all this information Margaret. As a little extra to add to the Penygelli Logs, I thought it would be an idea to `do` a little piece about each headmistress. There were only two masters, but we`re on our 4th Mistress already. Pity Annie Foulkes maried a Jones

From the book "Coedpoeth Past" A few years later Tabor Hill school was built as the Infant's School. Miss Parsonage, later Mrs Charles Dodd, Wrexham, was the first teacher there.
