I think I may have found something on Thomas C Evans, where as in fact his middle name could be Owen which then has led to me to the following census records:
1891 RG12/4614 Talwrn Rd, Adwy, Bersham
Thomas O Evans Head 25 Collier Coedpoeth Sarah E Evans Wife 25 Llanfairfechan Margaret E Jones Daug 2 Coedpoeth
1901 RG13/5220 Winder (?) Road, New Broughton, Parish of Brymbo
Thomas Owen Evans Head 35 Collier Wrexham Sarah Ellen Wife 35 Llanfairfechan Margaret Eliz Daug 12 Wrexham Myfanwy Daug 5 Wrexham Norah Mary Daug 3 Wrexham Goronwy Owen Son 2 Wrexham
There is a Wrexham civil marriage entry for a Thomas O Evans and Sarah Ellen Jones for 1886. I will have to apply for a copy and hope Thomas' father is Enoch Evans. Everything seems to fit in quite nicely as far as dates are concerned. I wonder whether anyone has come across any of the above names, some are most unusual. I also wonder whether I may have the same possible success for Thomas' two other brothers, James and John, they are a bit more common (no offence to anyone).

Thanks for that Eluned. I'm in the process of making contact with a member of Thomas Owen Evans' family line . So I'm keeping my fingers crossed he can comfirm this Thomas' father to be Enoch Evans, I will let you know if I have any success.

Awaiting marriage certificate for Thomas, so can't go any further on that line until I have confirmation. I'm now onto his brother James Evans. James' first wife was Sarah Roberts, marriage entry 1887 St. Giles, Wrexham. Second wife was Janet Williams, marriage entry 1897 St. Giles, Wrexham. Would somebody be kind enough to do a look up next time they visit a record office. I only need to know if James' father was Enoch Evans. Many thanks.

Hi Tom, Lovely to see you are back online. Thanks for the dates. All are correct apart from the first one, Robert William doesn't belong to my clan. I believe there was another couple by the name of William and Mary Elizabeth Williams living in the area also, so I think this Robert William was one of their children. Sharon

Hi Tom, No I haven't got any of the info you have just supplied. I am very grateful for your help. Would you happen to have MI's for these graves by any chance?

Hi Sharon, I do not have any Mi's for Coedpoeth but I do not think there are any headstones for these graves ---only a hunch, the reason being there are no pics on Lee W. site and no mention on Tom Mercers site. Obviously I could be wrong(it has been known more than once : If you decide to try searching for them I could give you an idea roughly where to look etc and names of nearest adjoining headstones if this would help.
